Inside PropTech Solutions' embedded messaging play and the 41% churn drop that followed
PropTech Solutions builds CRM software for residential real-estate agencies across Europe and the Gulf. Their users live and die by speed-to-lead: industry data says responding to a property inquiry within five minutes multiplies conversion several times over. Yet most agents were copying leads out of the CRM and into WhatsApp by hand.
The product team knew messaging had to live inside the CRM, not next to it. Building carrier relationships, WhatsApp Business API compliance and template management from scratch was scoped at nine months of engineering. Integrating DLVRD's REST APIs took six weeks.
Invisible infrastructure, visible feature
As a technology partner, PropTech consumes DLVRD entirely through API messaging, template management and delivery analytics are all white-labeled inside their own UI. When a lead arrives from a property portal, the CRM now fires an instant, personalized WhatsApp reply with the listing details, then a follow-up sequence if the prospect goes quiet.
We embedded DLVRD's API into our CRM. Clients now have automated lead follow-up via WhatsApp and SMS built right in and churn dropped dramatically since launch.
The sandbox environment mattered more than expected. PropTech's engineers built and load-tested the entire integration against DLVRD's sandbox before touching production traffic, and webhook delivery events let them surface real-time message status sent, delivered, read natively in the agent's timeline view.
Churn is a feature-adoption story
Six months after launch, the data was unambiguous: customers with the messaging module active churned 41% less than those without it. Messaging had become the stickiest feature in the product and a new revenue line, since PropTech prices the module as a premium tier on top of usage-based infrastructure costs.
What's next
PropTech is now piloting DLVRD's AI chatbot APIs to qualify inquiries automatically budget, timeline, financing status before a human agent ever picks up the conversation. Early tests suggest agents spend 30% less time on unqualified leads.
